Pamela Johnson is married to her high school sweetheart and best friend, Jason. She is the mother to her three grown children: Josh, Zach and Sarah as well as a mother in-love to her two daughters Courtney and Becca. Her life has been about the care of her family and being obedient to God’s call upon her life. In order to be obedient, she has learned the importance of remaining available by saying “no” to the important… in order to say, “yes” to the vital; making deliberate choices to honor priorities.

Although her nest is empty, she still has much to give. Pam works with her husband in their construction business, JW Johnson. She is a Certified Health Coach with “Take Shape For Life,” coaching people toward a healthy life style.

Pam enjoys rising very early in the morning to meet with her loving Savior where He inspires her to pray and write. Her passion is about the connection with God’s word and how it applies to our everyday lives. God has given Pam a clear vision on how habits are formed by choosing actions, on a daily basis, that support our journey to creating healthy habits in areas of life; healthy mind, healthy body, healthy spirit and healthy finances.
